It was really a beautiful sunset that evening, so this pic just shows you a glimpse of the rest of the scene, but it's enough. Are you skinny because you follow these steps or are you just naturally skinny? I don't know why, but I'm curious. I'm sure the best "diet" advice is just to listen to yourself - something we don't do often enough. Speaking of which, I'd write more but I'm going to go eat...my salad! (I love salads!!!) I think a lot of women can learn from their skinny husbands (smile). I'm skinny too though, and I actually have a lot of Shawn's habits. In reference to the cookie thing, I don't say it the way Shawn does, but I regularly grab my Mom's hand from the cookie jar while she's grabbing her 3rd of 4th cookie and chide her saying that she will be able to eat a cookie tomorrow. This type of philosophy does seem to work. If only we could all keep it in our minds all of the time! Pretty photos too. I like the trees in the photo of the sunset.
