Ooo.. Chocolate and strawberry mixed together.. what a lovely mixture. I have a the Nikon Camera too, it is clearly a good camera indeed, as I have used it on a number of occasions. Keep the great posts coming.

Thanks, Tom! You are so kind. I appreciate your feedback. I use a Nikon D300 for my photos. I talk about my photography on my Namely Marly About Page. I love to keep these treats in the freezer because I really crave something sweet after meal and if I can grab one (or two) of these I'm usually fine...and while still keeping it healthy.

I’ve never had a problem freezing chocolate that has been melted. It makes a nice, crispy coating over those strawberries. Yumm!

If someone is looking for a RAW version of this recipe, they should use raw cacao powder, coconut oil and whatever raw sweetener they prefer. And then freeze them. Yummy and raw!
