In June I began contributing monthly recipes for One Green Planet, a site committed to spreading good ideas that benefit people, animals, and the planet. The series opener? Orange Poppyseed Muffins topped with a glaze I made by combining powdered sugar and orange juice – a tasty twosome if I do say so myself.
My muse was an orange in the fridge that was on it’s last leg. All I can say now, is thank goodness for “day-old” oranges. In the meantime, I’ve also concluded that the orange glaze would taste mighty fine on my Tropical Muffins. If you feel so inclined, head over to OGP to check out the recipe for both the Orange Poppyseed Muffins and the Orange glaze.![]()
I reckon your orange glaze would taste gorgeous on anything, these look mouthwatering Marly.
