Rosemary Lemon Sandwich Cookies

Rosemary Lemon Sandwich Cookies - my latest contribution to One Green Planet

An afternoon on the deck with a glass of lemonade perusing an old magazine was the inspiration for veganizing a new recipe. I highly recommend my latest recipe on One Green Planet, Rosemary Lemon Sandwich Cookies. One Green Planet is spreading good ideas that benefit people, animals, and the planet. Me? I’m simply spreading lemon filling between two rosemary-infused shortbread cookies. Hey, we all have to have our priorities!

I’m convinced that some of the leftover lemon filling would taste delicious spread over my Fruity Pancakes. I hope you like this month’s OGP vegan recipe!
