Hi Lindsey! Well, this chocolate topping is a little more “fudgy” in nature. I put the chocolate topping on ahead of time and the cake was just fine the next day, but I think you’ll be fine either way. I guess if you wanted that topping to be a little more firm, you could try adding some coconut oil to it. Let me know how it goes!

Oh my goodness…this has Easter all over it! I love to have an excuse to make things like this! Question…should I wait to put the chocolate on until just before serving? Or maybe a better question is does the chocolate harden? Like it does on a, well, chocolate covered strawberry?! Thanks!
