Spring Wedge Salad

Two wedges of iceburg lettuce adorned with smokey apple bits waiting to be eaten.

This Spring Wedge Salad is bursting with fresh and flavorful ingredients like smoked apple bits, tomatoes, and a light and refreshing Vegan Ranch Dressing. Today's post comes with a bonus too. I have some news about an exciting vegan recipe contest with super cool prizes. Throw your hands in the air with me!

Me and the Best of the Indigo Girls

The end of a guitar is illuminated in light and leaning against an old wood table.

My hubby bought me a present for my birthday, a DVD, "The Indigo Girls: Live at the Roxy."

We've been so busy lately so it's taken awhile, but we finally sat down to watch it late last night. By the time we snuggled on the couch together it was just me, the hubby, the dogs, and my diet pepsi.

I'm not usually a night owl. Even with the Indigo Girls to entertain us, caffeine was required!
