Just made this recipe for my kids today–it was awesome!! I made cupcakes instead of a cake, and it made 2 dozen. I also used 1/3 cup applesauce instead of the oil. Delicious! Thanks so much for sharing

I made this for my little sister this weekend when she came to celebrate her college graduation. We hadn’t had strawberry cake since we were kids and had no idea that many cake mixes are vegan! It came out delicious and she loved it. Thank you!

Made this today for a lunch with family, came out PERFECT!!! I used a bundt pan and embellished the outside with chocolate covered strawberries. It was a hit! Everyone loved it. Thanks for the recipe!
