Made 1/2 batch tonight.. Serious yum! I tweaked it a bit used quinoa instead of rice, did full blueberries cayenne and garlic powder. Great recipe thank you

My friends thought I was crazy when I made a black and blue salad with black beans, blueberries with a rosemary balsamic dressing. I just have to try these burgers! They sound great.

I made these today and they are SO good! Thank you! I thought I’d add a note that, for me, these made 15 burgers, and they were not tiny…so I am thrilled that I had plenty left for the freezer for quickie meals. My hubby loved them too. We plan on leftovers tomorrow with some baked sweet potato fries…oh…yeah!
