what confuses me as a Chef, some (?) vegans say, not heat like here on these recipes. but a max of +40/45 degrees Centigrade, that is what the normal sun gives us. and to use as -cooking- oven an dehydrator that gets only up to this temperatur. is this view to strict?

I love this recipe! I know the tofu tastes really good in it. I use to think tofu was gross, but that was because I had only had it one way. Now I love it!
