Almond Joy Cookies

Dark chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped almonds are the key ingredients to these delicious cookies. They're a perfect substitute for my one-time favorite candy bar. I don't eat Almond Joy bars anymore because they have milk chocolate in them. Even if I weren't vegan, I wouldn't eat them because I've reached the point where I prefer deep, rich, dark chocolate over the milky stuff. These cookies give me that Almond Joy fix with the right amount tastiness involved!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Cake

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Cake is made up of a cast of characters, including a dark chocolate cake made with a surprisingly healthy (and filling) ingredient, a creamy peanut butter layer, dark chocolate drizzles, and mini chocolate chips. Yeah, sometimes being vegan can be so good.

Vegan Kit Kat Bars

These little sugar wafers have held a special place in my heart ever since the first time I gave blood and they handed me a stack of them for recovery. What? I give you a pint of my blood and you give me these cookies? Totally worth it! Now I've found a way to make these wafers even better — with a little coat of dark chocolate they magically transform into Vegan Kit Kat Bars!

Chunky Monkey Cake with Coconut Crumble

A Peanut Butter Banana Cake with Chocolate Chips in bundt form or served like a pound cake in loaf form. Think of this way - one recipe shared two ways - both with a Coconut Crumble surprise that's sure to have your guests begging for more.

Triple Chocolate Cookies

Sometimes a batch of cookies is more than delicious discs on a plate. It's the process of making and baking them. It's about sharing them with others. I finally decided on this: A batch of like life. See if you agree.
